Althea Brolsma
Research Assistant
Althea holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Calgary.

Her research interests include governance of natural resources and spaces through environmental policy and public engagement.
Anne Marieke
Graduate Research Assistant
Anne-Marieke obtained her PhD at the Animal Welfare Program of the University of British Columbia.
Her overall aim is to contribute to the development of more sustainable animal production systems, using quantitative and qualitative research.
Casey Hong
Research Assistant
Casey holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Calgary.
Her research interests span public health and social equity, with an emphasis on the role of policy interventions.
Juhi Huda

Juhi holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.

She is a public policy researcher with interdisciplinary training in environmental policy, communication, and governance.
Israa Farouk
Data Analyst
Israa holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Calgary.
Her research focuses on using digital methods to collect data from media platforms and applying machine learning techniques to analyze public discourse.
Roshanne Sihota

Roshanne holds a Master of Arts in Human Geography from the University of Calgary.

Her research focuses on governance for interdisciplinary human-animal-environment topics, and science diplomacy and communication.

Emma earned her BA in Food, Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Guelph, and completed her Master's in Publishing Studies at the University of Stirling.
